Liberal Democrat party conference event: Creating choice for families in the early years

  • The Brighton Centre Kings Road, Brighton BN1 2GR United Kingdom (map)

The crisis in early years is not just one of affordability, it's also one of equality and flexibility with some of the most disadvantaged families still excluded from government support. The Early Education and Childcare Coalition, representing over 30 organisations, asks how we can build on the Spring Budget and deliver a system that works for all.

The Coalition’s Head of Research Lucie Stephens will be joined by:

  • Munira Wilson MP, Member of Parliament for Twickenham and the Liberal Democrat Spokesperson for Education

  • Helen Donohoe, CEO, Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years (PACEY)

  • Katie Ghose, CEO, Kids

  • Phillipa Williams, Strategy Director, Claremont UK

Date and Time: Monday 16th September 2024, 6.15pm

Location: The Brighton Centre, Room 1C

Please note this event takes place in the secure area and is only open to conference pass holders.
