Labour party conference event: The Early Years Workforce - The Key to Opportunity for All

Under the new government there is a chance to rescue and reform early education in this country. One of the most key priorities will be supporting the early years workforce with a comprehensive recruitment and retention strategy, recognising and rewarding the skills and experience of talented professionals. The Early Education and Childcare Coalition, representing over 30 organisations, discusses what the strategy and the further reform for early education needs to look like.
